For our assemblies, we use specially designed super-strong packaging to ensure your order arrives without damage. The assemblies inside the box are secured using foam-in-place packaging. This robust packaging allows us to guarantee the safety of your products during delivery. However, please note that despite our best efforts, extreme mishandling by carriers can sometimes cause damage.

We use a variety of eco-friendly materials, including multi-layer recycled cardboard and recycled polypropylene (PP) plastic. Recycled PP plastic is safe for both humans and the environment. It is a durable material that provides excellent protection during shipping while contributing to sustainability efforts.
09Handling Time
Handling time is the amount of time it takes us to pack and ship your order.
We measure handling time in business days. The clock starts when we receive full payment and ends when the shipping carrier scans the package label.
We have developed a universal production system that allows us to process assemblies efficiently. Our estimated handling time is 2–7 business days. For most orders, handling time is typically 2 business days. However, there may be instances when supplier delays in providing components can lead to longer handling times.
10Shipping
We partner with leading carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on rate, speed, and availability. By default, we always select the fastest and most cost-effective shipping option to ensure your order arrives promptly.
We strive to ship most orders on the same business day. Our advanced Warehouse Management System helps us process orders efficiently.
Standard shipping is free. However, you can choose from additional expedited shipping options during checkout for an extra fee.

14Lost Package

19Warranty Information
Our assembled coilover systems come with a One-Year Hassle-Free Warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions. Specific components like Eibach coil springs and shock absorbers from Bilstein and ARB may be eligible for coverage under their respective manufacturers' warranties after the initial one-year period.
The warranty does not cover:
  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Improper installation
  3. Misuse, neglect, or accidents
  4. Unauthorized modifications
  5. Racing or sport use, unless specified
  6. Issues arising from parts outside the assembly provided by Cool Coilovers
