Our Growth

2019
Where experience met purpose.
After 15+ years in online auto parts, supply chain systems, and automotive software, our team knew the backend of the industry better than most. At the same time, we were passionate off-roaders, building and testing our own rigs. Coolcoilovers was born at the intersection of precision and passion, to simplify suspension upgrades for everyone who builds with purpose.
2020
First builds, first lessons.
We shipped our first 300 hand-assembled kits, built in our garage. That's when we realized just how complex this business really is. It wasn't just about parts, it was about creating a system. So we built one. Our first tools were scrappy, our workflows clunky, but we were relentless. We reinvested everything into building smarter.
2021
Systems, suppliers, structure.
We launched our in-house fitment database, developed predictive inventory and pricing models, and partnered directly with shock, spring, and hardware suppliers. What started as a spreadsheet became a platform, and the groundwork for scalable operations.
2022
Scaling brings complexity.
We expanded to cover all major U.S. pickup platforms, introduced spring mapping, diversified suppliers, and automated our first warehouse operations. But every new build brought exponential challenges. So we leaned in, refining, documenting, and adapting our systems to meet the growing demand.
2023
1,000th test build and full facility launch.
We crossed a major milestone: 1,000 validated assemblies. We transitioned from prototype to repeatable batch production, launched stage-by-stage digital workflows, and moved into our dedicated 1,000 sq ft facility in Colorado. We officially opened for business: production and warehouse went live, and we invested in our first equipment.
2024
Platform maturity.
We launched coilovers for passenger vehicles and expanded our catalog to over 300 validated fitments. At around 500 kits per month, we overhauled QA and put in place customer support systems built to grow with demand.
2025
Next scale-up and a new home.
We entered the next stage of scaling and moved into a 5,000+ sq ft facility in Colorado. That gave us the space and layout to support higher volume and new processes. We passed 20,000 validated assemblies and made same-day and 5-day fulfillment the norm. We brought in preload testing rigs, semi-automated packaging, and real-time stock tracking, and we added customizable tuning kits to the catalog. Coolcoilovers also began developing OEM pilot programs and fleet-specific platforms, showing that an enthusiast-born brand can meet enterprise-grade standards.
2026
Full-cycle manufacturing.
We will double capacity and move to full-cycle manufacturing: CoolTech will own inventory and sell complete kits directly to repair shops, dealers, and distributors. We will expand the catalog with dozens of new fitments. Growth will remain self-funded, no external debt.
2027+
Roadmap.
Direct B2B at scale, more U.S. content and local production, ISO-ready quality and advanced-manufacturing recognition. We will align with the spirit of the Unboxed Process, supplying pre-assembled suspension assemblies as an OEM partner so that vehicle makers and integrators can bolt in complete, validated modules instead of building from loose parts. We will build CoolTech as the standard for how suspension systems are sold and delivered, with engineering and jobs anchored in Colorado.
